We walked along
those lazy autumn days,
just you and I.
We watched the leaves
change with the seasons,
just you and I.
Perhaps someday
we'll meet again,
and walk along
those lazy autumn days,
just you and I...
I know what you're thinking... RoyXMaes, right? Well, that wasn't the original intention of this pic, but whatever floats your boat. Honestly, when I was sketching this I thought I would just do Roy, but then it looked kinds blank so I threw in Maes in there. I was too lazy to do a traditional background, so instead I dug up a photo I took LAST autumn at my school and used it as a background. Then I tried to look for some song lyrics that would fit the pic, but nothing came to mind, so I just made up a poem (as shown above) and stuck it in the background, because I like adding subliminal messages in my art. X3 Besides, I think the text adds something to the BG.
This WAS going to be an entry for the contest over at , but the deadline was yesterday. Believe me, I tried my hardest to get this thing DONE by THURSDAY, but that proved to be humanly impossible, especially with my schedule. DX WAAAAAHHHHH!!! I HATE MY COLLEGE SCHEDULE!!! I know it could be worse, but AUGH! I'm just so burned out by Wednsday. HOPEFULLY I'll be able to change it so I'll only have to go four days a week next semester. *Knocks on wood*
Colored with Crayola and RoseArt colored pencils. Edited on Paint Shop Pro 7. I did most of the work traditionally, so I GUESS this goes under "traditional."
Oh my cinda this really is too cute! it doenst look like a slash picture to me it just looks like they are chilling. I really adore this! the coloring is smooth i wouldent have guessed it wasent a digital peice! and the BG fits well with it! horray for combing medias!

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
