It seems Tobi's been reading too many manga spoilers! 8O
Tobi + Monocle = FUNNY! I almost gave him a Kentucky Derby, too (you know, one of those little black hats, just like the one here = [link]) but it looked stupid so I erased it. Oh well, I like it as it is. And I like drawing Tobi's hair for some odd reason. Just a stupid image that popped into my head. X3 I couldn't stop giggling when I was sketching this. I don't know why I find this so funny. Daresay is such a funny word. I love using it. X3 Crayola markers for the actual colors, RoseArt colored pencil for the white shaded parts, and a touch of Prismacolor white for some of the highlights.
